  • Work with our Engineering team on the deployment of our technology on EC2
  • Manage and monitor our applications on EC2 using Cloud management tools, including RightScale
  • Participate in security reviews and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
  • Update run book procedures and documentation
  • Research and recommend innovative practices and tools for web deployments
  • Provide email and/or phone support to iSIGN clients on both server and desktop esignature products
  • Enter detailed logs tracking all support cases


  • Be able to learn and react quickly when facing new problems
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks and projects and switch between them quickly
  • Evaluate priorities and use time effectively and efficiently concentrating efforts on the most important tasks
  • Quickly grasp the essence and the underlying structure of things

  • 3+ years experience managing and deploying on Linux
  • 2+ years experience J2EE deployment environment
  • Cloud infrastructure experience, including EC2
  • Experience with Cloud management tools like RightScale and Opscode
  • Experience with system and network management tools like HP OpenView and IBM Tivoli
  • Experience with Linux/Unix Bash scripting language and Chef recipes
  • General knowledge of network fundamentals including diagnostics with *NIX tools
  • General knowledge of system services, including Sendmail, SMTP, FTP, SSH and DNS
  • Familiar with application servers, such as JBoss and WebSphere
  • Hands on experience in performance tuning
  • Knowledge of relational database technologies with advanced capabilities in at least one industry grade relational database system
  • Windows knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Nagios, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Products, C# and a plus
  • Knowledge of Java language a big plus


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
